The company was founded in 1970 as an individual enterprise by Martino Matteo, who specialized in civil and industrial construction. In 1999, the company became a limited liability company (s.r.l.) with the inclusion of the founder's children.

Today, almost 50 years later, the company has renewed its corporate structure by transforming into a joint-stock company (S.p.A.), which has increased its capabilities. It has established an organized managerial structure, where clients can find a competent interlocutor to realize and manage various project proposals. In June 2010, the company implemented a quality management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards to consistently meet client expectations and comply with legal requirements.

In 2019, the company also implemented the OHSA 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
